Delete Your GenEraZions Account

GenEraZions is operated by Optimistic Media. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (immediate)

1. Open GenEraZions and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Delete Account.
3. Confirm. Your account and data are permanently deleted right away.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you can't access the app, email support@generazions.app from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your personal and gameplay data, including:

• Your account profile (email address, username, selected avatar, generation)
• Coins, points, win/loss record, and match history
• Friend connections and friend requests
• Leaderboard entries

This action cannot be undone. We retain no personal data after deletion except where retention is required by law or for fraud and security purposes.
