These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GenEraZions mobile app ("GenEraZions", "the App"), operated by Optimistic Media ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using GenEraZions, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Optimistic Media. Your use of GenEraZions is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
GenEraZions is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If we discover that a user is under 13, we will terminate their account and delete their data.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during sign-up. Your username / in-game display name is shown to other players during online matches.
By using GenEraZions, you agree NOT to:
GenEraZions may offer in-game virtual currency ("coins") and other virtual items. Coins and virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law. We may manage, regulate, modify, or eliminate virtual currency at any time. Your license to use virtual items ends when your account is closed or the service is discontinued.
GenEraZions is supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge that ads may be displayed during gameplay. Your advertising choices are described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the username, display name, and avatar you select. By using these features, you grant Optimistic Media a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display them within the App, including to other players during matches. We reserve the right to remove or reset any username, display name, or content that violates these Terms.
GenEraZions offers an optional paid subscription, "GenEraZions Pro", which unlocks an ad-free experience and other benefits. Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and purchases are processed via our payments partner RevenueCat. Pricing, billing period, and auto-renewal terms are shown at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you manage or cancel them through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Except where required by law or by the applicable app store's policies, payments are non-refundable. Your purchase information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
To keep matches fair, we use technical safeguards designed to prevent tampering with scores, coins, and account privileges. We reserve the right to investigate suspected cheating, collusion, or abuse and to take action against accounts that violate these Terms — which may include resetting results, adjusting or removing virtual currency, and suspending or permanently terminating accounts.
Your use of GenEraZions is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the App (Settings → Delete Account). You may also request deletion by emailing support@generazions.app. Upon deletion, your data is removed from our systems, unless retention is required for legal or security purposes.
GenEraZions is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Optimistic Media's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, in the past 12 months. We are not responsible for user conduct or for interruptions to the service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Optimistic Media, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, including cheating or harassment. You may terminate your account at any time through the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of Colorado.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
